Arnold works with organisations to clarify and solve their strategic business issues. He has advised on a wide range of strategic initiatives across a number of organisations in private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Arnold specialises in working with the organisation to identify and understand what the issues are, and then drawing out the strategies to resolve them. He is skilled at communicating strategies succinctly through strategy maps.
Using the simple, but effective, technique of benefit mapping, Arnold helps organisations to understand the linkages between projects and the realisation of their benefits. Through this approach, Arnold also helps organisations to understand the relationship between projects and organisational strategic objectives.
Arnold has a Doctorate in Business & Administration from Massey University, an MBA from Cranfield University (UK) and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree from Victoria University of Wellington.
